The merger “continues to grow RKL’s presence in the greater Capital Region and provides DPW clients access to a wider range of tax, accounting and business consulting capabilities,” RKL said in a news release.

DPW’s founding partner Bruce K. Darkes, CPA, will join the firm as a partner in RKL’s tax services group. In addition, RKL adds Jeremy D. Peachey, CPA, and Karen Wilbert, CPA, as managers in the firm’s tax services group.

“DPW has built an outstanding reputation throughout the region. We’re looking forward to working together with them to continue to build upon RKL’s brand of personalized service and unmatched capabilities and expertise,” said Edward W. Monborne, CEO of RKL.
