RKL repeats on national accounting list

Listen to this articleThe firm went from 73 in the magazine’s 2014 rankings to 69 this year. The list is ranked by revenue, and the company posted a revenue figure of $49.6 million for 2014, up 9.6 percent from the previous year.
RKL was the only Central Pennsylvania firm to make the list, and it ranked second of any firm based in Pennsylvania. Only Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. of Pittsburgh ranked higher, at No. 55. A number of firms with Central Pennsylvania connections also made the list. Deloitte LLP, which has a regional operation in East Pennsboro Township, repeated as the top firm on the list.
Also making the list were PricewaterhouseCoopers (No. 2), KPMG LLP (No. 4), BDO USA LLP (No. 7) and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause (No. 13), which all have offices in the region.
Baker Tilly entered the Central Pennsylvania market in fall 2014 when it acquired ParenteBeard.
