High Hotels opens $20M hotel in Lehigh Valley
Listen to this articleAn affiliate of High Real Estate Group LLC, which is part of High Companies, High Hotels owned a SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County.
The $20 million all-suite hotel has 132 rooms. It is the third SpringHill Suites and seventh Marriott property owned and operated by High Hotels, which has 14 properties in its portfolio.
Sister companies Greenfield Architects Ltd. and High Construction Co. designed and built the hotel.
The new SpringHill Suites is located at the intersection of Interstate 78 and Route 309, about 11 miles from the Lehigh Valley International Airport and just five minutes from Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom.
High Hotels recently broke ground on a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, part of the mixed-use Crossings at Conestoga Creek development across from Long’s Park in Manheim Township.
