Accounting

East Pennsboro Township-based Boyer & Ritter named Sherry Ziesenheim a senior manager. She will work with the forensic, valuation and litigation support services groups. She was employed with firms in western Pennsylvania and Ohio. She is a CPA and has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Gannon University.

South Lebanon Township-based Stanilla, Siegel, and Maser LLC named Samuel R. Siegel a partner. He is a CPA and has a degree from Lebanon Valley College.

Architecture/engineering

Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Kevin Fox a financial services team leader. He will develop financing strategies and assist clients with capital improvement project planning. He will also ensure that projects are financially viable and in compliance with funding program guidelines. He is a professional engineer and has a master’s degree and an MBA.

Swatara Township-based Skelly and Loy named Mallory Shilling a geo-environmental scientist. She will assist with site evaluations, research, field sampling and technical report preparation for environmental site assessments. She will also conduct sampling and oversight of emergency spill cleanup through a PennDOT contract. She has a bachelor’s degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

She is vice president of operations and education at YTI Career Institute’s York campus. Gettysburg-based ACNB Bank named Lisa M. Miller retail office manager of the McSherrystown Office. She will provide banking products and services, build community relationships and manage the office staff. She was teller supervisor at the Littlestown Office. She has a bachelor’s degree from Shawnee State University. Anthony A. Spangler was named assistant vice president and commercial loan officer. He will work from the North Gettysburg office and build commercial customer relationships by providing commercial loans, deposit accounts and other banking services. He has a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel College.

Indiana County-based S&T Bank named Andrea Splain vice president and business banker, serving the Central Pennsylvania region. She is also a notary public. She was assistant vice president and community banking manager. She has an associate degree from Northampton Community College. Jeff Bierlein was named vice president and commercial banker for the Central Pennsylvania region. He has experience in corporate real estate finance. He has a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College.

Lower Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Renae Grissinger branch manager of the Mount Rose Avenue branch in York. She was in the property management division at Bennett Williams Commercial and was business development coordinator at Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union.

Harrisburg-based PSECU named Wyatt Troxell State College regional director. He will expand business relationships and grow and retain members in Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntington and Mifflin counties. He was employed in a retail branch management and business lending role with West Milton State Bank. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University.

Harrisburg-based Alexander Building Construction Co. named Justin Wingenfield project manager. He will lead project team meetings and communicate between all parties involved in the project. He is an engineer in training and has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

East Lampeter Township-based High Construction Co. named Ryan J. Kirby project manager. He will manage construction schedules and financials. He was project manager for P. Agnes Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University.

West Earl Township-based Benchmark Construction Co. named Roger Daub market executive for the health care market. He was a project manager. Walt Taylor was named market executive for the commercial and specialty markets. He was a project estimator. Daub and Taylor will support preconstruction processes. Ryan McCreary, Cary Zamilski and Don Weeks were named senior project managers. They will focus on business development and provide performance planning for project managers and assistant project managers. Zach Houseal was named project manager. He will coordinate field and administrative activities of select projects. Cody Bost was named assistant project manager. He will manage all mechanical, electrical and plumbing system subcontractors and manage the company’s smaller projects at Lancaster General Hospital. He was a facilities coordinator. Cindy Steinman was named leadership and culture associate. She will implement a new human resource information system and help with the company’s employee engagement initiative.

East Hempfield Township-based GSM Industrial Inc. named Robert Blauser vice president of operations. He has more than 27 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing and engineering industries and was vice president of operations at Kelvion Inc. He has an associate degree and bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and an MBA from York College. Jeffrey Ream was named vice president of sales. He has been employed with the company for more than 37 years and was vice president of fabrication. He has a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College. J. Michael Towers was named vice president of finance and administration. He is a second-generation owner of the business and was manager of systems and administration. He also owns and operates a real estate investment and management company.
