Architecture/engineering

Swatara Township-based Skelly and Loy named Sarah J. Fox a biologist with its Harrisburg Environmental Services Group. She will complete wetland and bog turtle reports and prepare general permit applications for projects in waterways, floodways and wetlands. She has certifications in wildland fire operations, first aid and CPR and a bachelor’s degree from Penn State. Jacob C. Spuck was named archaeological principal investigator with the cultural resources staff. He is a professional geomorphologist, a prehistoric archaeology consultant, a Geographic Information Systems professional and a Federal Aviation Administration remote pilot. He has a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University and a master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Keith Thom Heinrich was named architectural historian with the Cultural Resources Services Group. He will conduct architectural history investigations and coordinate field methodologies and logistics for historic and architectural resource surveys. Hampden Township-based Morefield Communications Inc. named John B. Grove vice president of sales. He will create and execute sales strategy and serve on the executive team. He has more than 25 years of technology sales experience and was a vice president of business development at Athena Advanced Networks and senior consultant at Mission Critical Partners.

Tourism

York County Convention & Visitors Bureau named Chrissy Tobias communications specialist. She will be responsible for public relations, social media and other external communications efforts.
