Architecture/engineering

East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming named Tom Bice Pennsylvania transportation design manager and operational leader. He was vice president and program and construction manager for Philadelphia Regional Port Authority Investment Program. He is a professional engineer. Scott Zeevaart was named vice president. He will continue to grow the firm’s program management offerings and advance large Pennsylvania highway, bridge and traffic operations engineering projects. He is a professional engineer.

Harrisburg Keystone Rotary Club named Tom Miller president, Robert Ihlein president elect, Sophia Pasichnik vice president, Jim Rodgers treasurer, Alaine Keisling secretary, Addeline Alaniz Edwards immediate past president, Duke Adams sergeant of arms and Megan Mines-Hall assistant treasurer. Rodgers is chief strategic officer of Dawood Engineering. Keisling is researcher with the Central Penn Business Journal. Edwards is regional member service coordinator with New Cumberland Federal Credit Union. Adams is co-founder of Vagabond Bow Ties. Jenny Black of Sun Motor Cars Porsche/Audi was named chair of the service committee; Becky Boone of the Capital Area Intermediate Unit chair of the youth/new generations committee; Samuel BowerCraft, senior manager with McKonly & Asbury, chair of the public relations committee; Beth Montgomery, multiple lines agent with American National, chair of the social committee; Hector R. Ortiz, assistant professor and director of graduate studies with Central Penn College, chair of membership; and Allen D. Smith, a lawyer in Steelton, chair of The Rotary Foundation. AJ Knee, multimodal public transportation planner with Michael Baker International, was named editor of Keystone News.

Banking/finance

Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank named Denise Schiano deposit operations manager. She will oversee the deposit operations, the electronic banking team, the couriers and the receptionist. She will also manage daily functions concerning demand deposits, savings and certificates of deposit. She was deposit operations team leader.

Warren County-based Northwest Bank named Ryan P. Eisenhart business banker. He will work from the West Manchester Township office and manage small business lending activity in the York and Hanover areas. Before joining Northwest, he was a business development officer and relationship manager. He has a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University.

Construction

Harrisburg-based Alexander Building Construction Co. named Charlie Thiemann senior project manager. He will oversee the preconstruction and construction project operations and be the primary contact for the project’s owner. He is currently managing the construction of the WellSpan Health and Surgery Center in Hanover. He was a project engineer. He is a Federal Aviation Administration certified private pilot with small UAS/drone pilot endorsement and has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. Drew Heilman was named project manager. He will work with preconstruction services staff and the design team to develop the project schedule, the construction work plan and to select the subcontractors. He is OSHA 30 certified and has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State. Chris Stout was named project engineer. He will be responsible for checking, tracking and monitoring submittals and drawing revisions, tracking requests for information and assisting in updating construction schedules. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

East Hempfield Township-based Warfel Construction Co. named Luke Peterson project manager. He will oversee projects, coordination, schedule and budget. He was a project engineer. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional and a graduate of Bucknell University.

 Health care

East Pennsboro Township-based Geisinger Holy Spirit named Drs. David Kann and Colette Lasek practitioners with Geisinger Holy Spirit Cardiology. Kann has a medical degree from Hahnemann University. Lasek has a medical degree from the State University of New York-Buffalo.

York Township-based WellSpan Health named Dr. Myo-Pale’ Aye a practitioner with WellSpan Rheumatology. She has a medical degree from American University of the Caribbean. Dr. Marissa Chesney was named a practitioner with WellSpan Internal Medicine – Red Lion. She has a medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine. Dr. Pierre-Jean Lattanzio was named a practitioner with WellSpan Orthopedics and WellSpan Sports Medicine. He has a medical degree from University of Ottawa School of Medicine. Dr. Shobha Mehta was named a practitioner with WellSpan Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She has a medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Hospitality

West Lampeter Township-based Willow Valley Associates Inc. named Adam Andrusky director of sales and marketing and Bruce Davies executive chef, both with the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster. Andrusky was director of sales and events at the Fulton Theatre and Davies was employed with The Cove in York. He is a graduate of Baltimore’s International Culinary College and Penn State. Courtney Shenk was named guest services manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Mount Joy.

Nonprofits

Lancaster-based HDC MidAltantic, which provides affordable rental homes to working families, seniors and people with disabilities, named Deborah Gable director of resident services. She will oversee a team that provides information, services and resources to encourage residents’ growth, independence and stability. She was resident services manager. She has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a master’s degree from Hood College.
