River & Pine LLC bought a 30,000-square-foot office building at 124 Pine St., Harrisburg, from Keystone Service Systems Inc. Landmark represented the seller.

1852 PA OpCO LLC bought approximately three-quarters of an acre at 950 N. Front St., Wormleysburg, from Scott Fultz and Bonnie Gladfelter. Landmark represented the buyer; Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. of Lemoyne represented the sellers.
