Accounting

East Pennsboro Township-based Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz named Samantha Carbaugh an audit staff accountant with the insurance team. She has a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College. Ashley Gonsar and Courtney Smith were named administrative assistants. Both have degrees from Central Penn College. Gonsar will work in the East Pennsboro Township office and Smith in the Manheim Township office. Kathryn Shade was named a small business accounting associate. She has a diploma from Penn Foster College.

Construction

Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction Co. named Jeffrey Albright senior director for development for the Central Pennsylvania Region. He will foster client relations and new opportunities.

Manchester Township-based Keystruct Construction Inc. named Chad Dravk a carpenter. His duties will include blocking, framing and finish work. Paul Lehman was named a superintendent. He will plan and organize the jobsite’s manpower and equipment and monitor the site for construction-related issues. He has 35 years of construction experience. Natalie Snyder was named human resources manager. She will be responsible for employee relations, engagement and retention, talent acquisition and management and administering company benefits. Tanner Grove was named a welder and fabricator. He will work on specialty steel pieces in the steel fabrication shop and install miscellaneous metal parts at various jobsites.

Health care

Harrisburg-based UPMC Pinnacle named Dr. Claudia Marcozzi Palandjian a provider with Warwick Township-based Heartland Family Health. Previously, she practiced outpatient medicine in Lancaster County. She has a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Manufacturing

Newberry Township-based Daisy Data Displays named Mike Hadaway executive vice president. He will focus on strategic sales growth and product development. He was general manager. He has an MBA. Karyn Rapsey was named inside sales manager She will work with regional sales representatives and regional sales directors to manage the sales process. Kenny Nania was named regional sales director. He will work with customers located east of the Mississippi.

Marketing

Lancaster-based Godfrey named Kayla Soders a digital marketing manager. She manages paid and other search programs and assists with social media, link building, content optimization and website updates. She was digital marketing strategy director with the Income Store. She has a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University. Emily Truman was named a proofreader. She will review, proofread and edit client content. She was a copy editor with The Sweet Core. She has a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University.

Real estate

Manchester Township-based Investment Real Estate LLC named Mary Cornelius accounting manager. She will manage daily accounting functions, including banking and treasury, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support and financial reporting.

Technology

Lancaster-based Cargas Systems named Barry Ackerman sales manager of its Cargas Energy business unit. He will oversee the sales team’s day-to-day operations. He has more than 35 years of software industry experience and was a sales consultant with that business unit. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.

Transportation

Spring Garden Township-based S&H Express named Logan Reed vice president and director of sales. He will grow existing customer relationships, manage and develop new accounts, and oversee the companywide sales force. He was director of customer service and sales.
