PSECU names new president

“PSECU’s Board of Directors and management team have done a great job in building one of the nation’s most successful, progressive credit unions, and a trusted partner for its members. I look forward to being a part of continuing that tradition,” Rudolph said in a prepared statement.
For the last 15 years, Rudolph has worked for Chicago-based Alliant Credit Union, the largest credit union in Illinois and the eighth-largest in the country, with $10 billion in assets. He started as director of member services and rose to his current position as senior vice president of operations and technology, a job he has held for the last seven years.
Before that, Rudolph worked for United Airlines for 15 years in “numerous operational and headquarters planning positions at [the] Philadelphia International Airport, in the Washington D.C. metro area and at United’s Chicago headquarters,” according to PSECU spokesman David Misner.
Rudolph has lived in Chicago since 2000.
“We see strong strategic alignment with him and the credit union’s digital strategy and overarching commitment to member value. George will be an exceptional leader to continue the positioning of PSECU as a competitive force in the marketplace while delivering on our brand promise and strong corporate values,” PSECU board of directors chair Jodi Lynne Blanch said in a prepared statement.
Rudolph earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and organizational behavior and an MBA from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
Rudolph is married and has two grown children, according to Misner.
PSECU has assets of $5 billion and about 450,000 members.
